The charity's objectives are to further such general charitable purposes for the benefit of members of the African and Caribbean Community in Bedford and the adjoining areas. The management committee determines from time to time in particular but not limited to the foregoing by:
Providing relief from financial hardship and social and/or economic disadvantages
Providing employment opportunities
Advancing public education, training and in particular, providing opportunities for the members to participate fully in the life of their wider community in ways which address and promote community integration
Promoting well being development and protection of health especially mental health
